Hi, I’m Jean

Hi, I’m Jean, and I’m in the process of reclaiming my health one step at a time.

After years of dealing with migraines, IBS, and symptoms of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, I decided it was time to take my health seriously and start searching for the root cause rather than just managing symptoms.

While my experiences are my own and I don’t have a medical degree, I’m grateful you’re here and choosing to join me on this journey toward optimal health. I’d love to hear about your story and anything you’ve tried along your own path to wellness.

That decision led me to functional medicine and to exploring a variety of healing modalities in an effort to truly improve my health.

I’m an educator at heart, and I want to share what I’m learning so you can decide whether any of these approaches might be a good fit for you. I also know how expensive functional medicine visits, protocols, and additional therapies can be, so my goal is to help you sort through what may be worth exploring, and what may not.
