I put Calm magnesium powder in my water bottle every day. Start low and slow. I worked my way up to 4 teaspoons daily.

After you notice the Calm magnesium powder is helping with regularity, introduce SunFiber. Again, start low and slow, working up to one full scoop each day. I put this in my coffee every morning.

When I haven’t gone in a couple days, I take one or two capsules of MotilPro.
